Day 1 - Happy Birthday Wire and Pencil / $150. Today is my birthday. I have decided to create a wire sculpture each day for the next 364 days. My challenge will be to make a piece out of wire and found objects, that is in some way inspired by the day. Copyright © 2013 Lisa Fedon.

Day 16 - Quinoa Wire and Piece of Globe / $150. Quinoa is my new favorite food. High in protein, I use quinoa in place of rice or couscous. When cooked these tiny seeds blossom into a delicate spiral. Copyright © 2013 Lisa Fedon. All rights reserved.

Day 23 - When It Rains It Pours Wire and Cocktail Umbrella / $150. I use salt and vinegar to clean my steel sculptures after fabrication is completed. It helps to remove grease and achieve a natural rust patina on the pieces. Copyright © 2013 Lisa Fedon. All rights reserved.

Day 27 - Origami Wire and Hair Clip / $150. My daughter has made over the years hundreds of origami cranes and hung them at different levels from the ceiling in our house. I see them everyday, and they are a beautiful reminder of her floating presence. Copyright © 2013 Lisa Fedon.
