Welcome to Lisa Fedon Sculpture Studio and thank you for visiting my shop.  I am at your service to answer questions, receive comments, and coordinate custom creations.  Email Lisa - click HERE.

Certification of Art Pieces – All items made in my studio by me, are signed by me.  Because all items are handcrafted, slight variations in shape, color, and size may occur during the creation process.

Your delight guaranteed – I take pride in my designs and craftsmanship so you can have total confidence in your selection.  But if for any reason you're not totally happy, you may return the item.  See Refund Policy below for details.

Payment Policy
Acceptable forms of payment for online purchases - credit card payment through PayPal.

Acceptable forms of payment for items picked up at my studio - cash or check.

Sales Tax – A 6% sales tax on purchases and shipping & handling charges will be applied to orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.

Cancellation Policy - Buyer must contact me in writing within 24 hrs of placing order.

Shipping Policy
My shipping and handling charges are determined to cover the cost of shipping, insuring, processing your order, and related overhead.

Delivery times will vary:
UPS Ground (1 - 5 business days)
USPS First Class Package (2 - 5 business days)
Oversized Items / Freight - Art moving services provided by our studio truck.  If unavailable, an economical and reliable freight carrier will be used instead.  Our office will contact you with an estimate on delivery times, and crating, handling, and shipping costs.

Shipping and handling charges as shown with listed item are calculated for delivery to one shipping address within the continental U.S.

Regrettably, we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

Most small items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be shipped via the most economical and reliable shipping service available.  Additional surcharges will apply.  My office will contact you before your order ships to notify you of these additional charges.  Canadian customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs, and taxes.

Shipping upgrades (2nd day air, next day air, etc.) are available.  Please contact the studio office before ordering for additional shipping surcharges.

For international shipments – please contact me for shipping rates.  In addition to shipping and handling charges, buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, customs, and taxes.

If buyer is local, items can be picked up at my studio in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact me within 10 days for return procedures.

Items purchased are returnable for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, within 10 Days of receipt.

Refund given as Money Back.

The only exceptions are custom orders, which may not be returned unless for replacement if damaged in transit.

For items valued under $325.00, a $25 restocking fee will be applied if item is NOT returned in original condition.
